SecurePresent grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the extension strictly in accordance with these Terms.

• Free Tier: Limited to personal use and basic features.
• Pro/Enterprise: Requires a valid subscription for commercial use and advanced features.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Bypass or tamper with the license verification mechanisms.
• Use the extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the extension will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

In no event shall SecurePresent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
