Audit Log Export

For compliance certifications (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), you often need to provide evidence that your privacy controls are active across your fleet.

Accessing Logs

Navigate to the Security Audit tab in the Admin Dashboard. Here you will see a real-time feed of:

• Extension Activations: When a user successfully installs and logs in.
• Policy Syncs: Verification that the latest ruleset was downloaded by a device.
• Protection Events: High-level metrics on pages protected. (Note: To protect privacy, we hash URLs so we know "Salesforce was accessed" but not "Which client record").

Exporting Data

Click the Export CSV button at the top right of the Audit page. This generates a downloadable CSV file containing:

Timestamp, User Email, Device ID, Event Type, Metadata

Logs are retained for 90 days on the Pro plan and 365 days on the Enterprise plan.
