Login Issues with SSO
Troubleshooting steps if you are unable to sign in with your corporate Microsoft (Azure AD) or Google Workspace account.
"Magic Link" Loop
If clicking the Magic Link in your email simply opens a new tab but doesn't log the extension in:
- Browser Profile Mismatch: Ensure you are opening the email link in the same Chrome profile where the extension is installed. If your Outlook opens links in Edge, but the extension is in Chrome, the login handshake will fail.
- Ad-Blockers: Check if you have a network-level ad-blocker (like Pi-hole) blocking the redirect to
securepresent.com/auth/callback.
"Admin Approval Required"
If you see a Microsoft/Google screen saying "Need admin approval", your IT department restricts third-party OAuth apps.
Solution: Please contact your IT Helpdesk and ask them to "Allow SecurePresent as an Enterprise Application" in Azure AD or Google Workspace.
