Reporting a False Positive

Sometimes SecurePresent might be too aggressive, blurring something that isn't sensitive (like a navigation menu) or making a button unclickable.

Immediate Fix: Unmask

You can fix this instantly for yourself without waiting for support:

1. Right-click the blurred element that shouldn't be blurred.
2. Select SecurePresent > Unmask this element.
3. This creates a local "Exception Rule" that prevents masking on that specific item.

Reporting to Engineering

If a popular website (e.g., a new version of Salesforce or HubSpot) is consistently broken for everyone, please let us know so we can patch the global ruleset.
